Delete your account

You can permanently delete an Actify account and the cloud data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a deletion request.

Fastest option: delete inside Actify

Open Settings.
In the Account section, choose Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm.

In-app deletion is processed immediately after the request succeeds.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the Google email address used for Actify. Include the words “delete my Actify account.” We may reply to verify account ownership before deletion.

Requests are handled as quickly as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days after ownership is verified.

What deletion removes

Your Firebase authentication account.
Cloud-synced custom decks and cards.
Notification tokens and account preferences stored by Actify.
Group Deck invitations, submissions, and reports linked to invitations you own.
Actify entitlement and billing-verification records associated with the account.

Deletion cannot be undone. Deleting an Actify account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play.

Browser contribution deletion

If you contributed through a Group Deck link without an account, email actify.game@gmail.com with the invitation URL and approximate submission time so we can locate the contribution without requesting its card text.
